Creation of Five Thematic Instagramable Spots with the theme “The Grape” in the Wine Villages of Limassol District

The Limassol Tourism Development and Promotion Company, with the support of the Deputy Ministry of Tourism, has created five thematic Instagramable Spots under the theme “The Grape ” in the Wine Villages of Limassol District, aiming to promote the region’s wine-growing heritage and strengthen the tourism identity of the Wine Villages.
The new instagramable spots have been installed in the villages of Omodos, Mandria, Koilani, Pachna, and Lofou, enhancing the tourism experience and offering visitors unique settings for photographs that capture the authentic identity of the area. The central element of each installation is the artistic depiction of the “Grape,” designed by artist Georgios Mourouzis specifically for the project. This artistic symbol draws inspiration from the region’s viticultural tradition and integrates harmoniously into the natural and cultural landscape of the communities.
Through the creation of those instagramable spots, visitors will have the opportunity to experience the richness, colors, and aromas of the region, capturing their unique experiences through photography and social media.
This initiative forms part of coordinated efforts to promote wine heritage, enhance the experience of visitors to the Wine Villages, and create modern, attractive “instagrammable spots” that strengthen the tourism brand of the region.
The creation of these five photo spots contributes substantially to the strategic promotion of the Wine Villages as destinations for cultural and gastronomic tourism, highlighting the tradition and authentic landscape of Limassol District in Cyprus.
