The Three Stars
Wreck Diving Site

The Three Stars wreck is one of the most popular and accessible diving sites in the Akrotiri area of Limassol. The vessel ran aground in 1972 after catching fire during a voyage, and today it rests partly submerged in clear blue waters at a depth of around 7 metres.

This historic wreck has become an underwater attraction, offering divers a unique glimpse into maritime history combined with the beauty of Cyprus’ coastal seabed. With good visibility and a safe entry route, it’s ideal for divers of all levels, requiring only an Open Water (OW) qualification.

Exploring the Three Stars allows divers to admire marine life that has made the wreck its home, from colourful fish to sea plants that now cover parts of the structure. It’s a fascinating site that combines history, adventure, and natural beauty, making it a must-visit for anyone diving in the Limassol region.
