Festival of the Vineyard - ALEKTORA VILLAGE

The event, Festival of the Vineyard, will take place on 30 August 2026 at 17:30 in the village of Alektora. Its purpose is to promote and showcase all the products created from the vineyard and the grapevine.

At the event, visitors will enjoy a rich offering of local products and traditional delicacies, while also having the opportunity to purchase these products. Guests will additionally be able to participate in hands-on workshops, including the traditional preparation of shoushouko (grape sweets), palouze, raisins, zivania, wine, and grape preserve.

These activities are only a small sample of the festival’s rich program, which will also be enhanced with a variety of cultural, artistic, and other entertaining events and activities.
