“Solar Food Festival 2026” brings to Cyprus a one-of-a-kind experience focused on solar cooking, sustainability, and the future of food, turning the power of the sun into a source of creativity, flavour, and everyday inspiration.
Visitors will be able to enjoy food prepared entirely with solar energy through live cooking demonstrations featuring pasta, vegetable rice, handmade bread, solar desserts, and roasted chicken.
The festival will also host interactive workshops for both children and adults, offering the chance to discover how solar cookers operate, build a panel solar cooker, and experiment with solar baking, painting, and image printing using sunlight.
In addition, parabolic cookers, solar ovens, and other functioning solar-powered systems will be on display throughout the venue.
