The Literature in the City
10th Annual Literary Reading Evening
The Booktrope (Vivliotropio) and the Centre for Literature and Arts Technodromio are co-organizing, for the tenth consecutive year, the literary reading event:
Literature in the City
Wednesday, 1 July 2026
Time: 8:00 p.m.
Venue: Courtyard of the Limassol Municipal University Library
Anyone interested is invited to read either a short prose text by a favorite author (maximum reading time: three minutes) or up to two poems, with a total reading time not exceeding three minutes.
Applications for participation should be accompanied by the texts to be read, including the titles and the names of the authors or poets.

The number of participants is limited in order to ensure the planned duration of the event.
Priority will be given to individuals participating for the first time, as well as to those who did not take part in last year’s “Literature in the City” event.
Those who wish simply to attend the event are warmly welcome.
Admission is free.
